Frequently Asked Questions

The practical stuff,
answered clearly.

If you're figuring out what MagnifAI builds, what fits your business, and how the work is handled, this should help.

MagnifAI builds four kinds of things: Smart Assistants for customer conversations, AI Agents for delegated internal work, Workflow Automations for fixed-rule app-to-app processes, and custom websites for businesses that need a stronger online presence. Some clients need one of those. Others need them combined.

Smart Assistants are for customer-facing conversations and lead capture.

AI Agents are for work that can be delegated in natural language and reported back on.

Workflow Automation is for repeatable, fixed-rule processes between tools.

Website Building is for businesses whose current site does not represent them properly. If you're not sure, that's normal. We help work it out with you.

It is shaped around your business, not dropped on top of it. That means your services, your tone, your workflows, your tools, your rules, and the standard your customers expect. The point is not to force you into a generic setup that only sort of fits.

Usually, yes. MagnifAI is designed around fitting into the stack a business already has, not replacing everything for the sake of it. That can include calendars, CRMs, forms, email, messaging channels, spreadsheets, and other internal tools depending on the job.

Depending on the setup, Smart Assistants can work on your website and across channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and email. The goal is one cleaner front door for enquiries rather than conversations scattered everywhere.

Yes, where it makes sense. A good agent setup often feels like a 24/7 team member you can message, give a task to, and get a result back from. The important part is not the channel itself, but whether the job has the right boundaries, permissions, and reporting around it.

No. The website offer is centred on custom visual direction, cleaner interactions, and a build that actually reflects the business. The aim is to avoid the stretched-template look and leave you with something you can stand behind publicly.

Where relevant, yes. For example, with websites the aim is to hand over the codebase and domain setup so you are not trapped in someone else's system. More broadly, MagnifAI is not built around creating lock-in for the sake of it.

That depends on scope. A tighter, well-defined build moves much faster than a broad project with lots of moving parts. The important thing is that we scope the work clearly up front and keep the delivery tight rather than letting it drift.

Some work is lighter and more productised, while broader builds are quoted based on scope. The price depends on what is being built, how many moving parts are involved, and how much support is needed after launch. We would rather price clearly against a real brief than hide complexity in a vague package.

Security and control are treated as part of the build. That means scoped access, careful integrations, testing before launch, and avoiding unnecessary permissions. If a project touches sensitive business data, the setup is designed with that in mind rather than treated casually.

Yes. MagnifAI is not set up as a fire-and-forget handoff. After launch, we can refine behaviour, adjust workflows, tighten outputs, or support the website as needed. The point is to make sure the thing keeps working properly in the real business, not just on launch day.

No long-term contract is the default stance. The work should stand on its own value. If something needs ongoing support, that can be agreed clearly, but the model is not built around locking people in.

We start with a discovery call. That is where we look at the business, figure out where the friction really is, and decide what is worth building first. Sometimes the answer is obvious. Sometimes the best first move is smaller and more focused than expected.
