You are interacting with an automated AI system. The MagnifAI assistant and any chatbots we deploy are artificial intelligence tools — not human advisers, therapists, or medical professionals. Your conversation is stored and processed by MagnifAI on behalf of the business you are contacting. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for full details.
MagnifAI builds and deploys AI-powered chatbots and workflow automation tools for businesses. Our on-site demo assistant, and any AI assistants we build for clients, are automated systems powered by large language model (LLM) technology.

MagnifAI serves businesses in the aesthetics and wellness industry, among others. Our AI systems are powered by Anthropic's Claude language model via the Anthropic API. Under Anthropic's current commercial API terms, prompts and outputs may be processed across multiple regions and customer data may be stored in the United States, unless otherwise agreed with Anthropic. MagnifAI does not train these base models. We configure assistant behaviour through system instructions and prompt engineering. Anthropic states that commercial API data is not used for model training by default. We apply appropriate contractual and organisational safeguards for UK GDPR compliance and do not claim UK-only data residency.
